Welcome to our BIGGEST CHALLENGE  of all our challenges so far - wow go big or go home eh?

So what makes this our Biggest Challenge - Well for this challenge you MUST mix up the methods by which you exercise throughout this challenge, so be careful what you wish for.

It'll be fun and hopefully stretch you a little more than you are used to.  

Within 12 months you must have completed a Walk, Run, Cycle and a Swim!! and you can also make it as difficult as you wish by simply increasing those miles month on month.

 

Included in this First month is 

A downloadable Commitment Statement (send via a link on your checkout receipt) - Simply click on it, print it out, add your Name, sign and date it and place on your social media so that your friends hold you accountable and help to keep you motivated.
