Great Ocean Road

  • The Great Ocean Road - is permanent Australian National Heritage memorial dedicated to those who died while fighting in World War I carved in rock. Built by returned servicemen, it winds around the rugged southern coast between the Victorian cities of Torquay and Allansford and was a huge engineering feat - so is a bit of a road of remembrance https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Ocean_Road - it is actually 151 miles but for ease we are using 150 miles
  • Total distance covered: 150 miles (243 km)
